We are working toward building a Matriarchal Brilliance fund to grant opportunities to support women in our community and uplift our matriarchal values of Equitable Exchange and Compassionate Care. We honor the invisible work, strong hands and fierce hearts of our grandmothers, mothers, daughters, sisters, aunties that transcends time and space, we wish to lovingly memorialize them in this way.
Sierra Kramer is the dream seeder of this idea to fund scholarship for those desiring community connection and mutual aid in support of the Art of Living.
Here is a love note from Sierra about Matriarchal Brilliance:
"I feel that Matriarchal Brilliance has the biggest impact on our days. I was lucky enough to witness Matriarchal Brilliance as a young, broke, single mom raising my daughter alongside teachers/mothers from all different backgrounds and belief systems while building HoneyBee Schoolhouse. These women shared an ability to hold the heavy adult world with light hearts for children while meeting the physical, social, emotional needs of ALL. We recently lost the Matriarchal Brilliance of Honeybee mom, Jordan Sanders, who peacefully concluded her battle with breast cancer on October 1, 2021. She was diagnosed before our very first end-of-the-year party at Honeybee and it was my deepest privilege to parent/teach alongside her during that chapter in our lives."

We are a collective of women from all walks of life; each with an original story, pregnant with potential containing the essence of love, beauty, and wisdom. We also have a crew of wonderful men within our mix to keep us grounded while we learn to weave our unique gifts, skills, and abilities into seeding the emerging future. We work and play with many amazing people and businesses in our community including Under the Canopy, Honeybee Schoolhouse, FatBee Flower Farm, Three Springs Farm, Wunderled, John Knotts, and more.
